The aviability and emotional intelligence of Younes. The discretion of the other people working there.

Good location, easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Facilities were just not very good. Lighting in room was poor. Bed had a constant wet feeling to it and was hard that it was not comfortable. You can hear everyone coming in and out of the building and everything that's going on in the courtyard. I would think it would be perfectly fine as a backpackers place but is on the expensive side for that. So I would not recommend this place on a value for money basis rather that for any particular dislikes.

The Douirya House is just precious! I don't have enough words to thank the amazingly helpful and kind staff. An unforgettable experience!

Very helpful manager Jonas, who was a source of information about Meknes and the Berber culture. Great roof garden with look over the medina. Tasty moroccanian Dinner.
Nothing comes into my mind. It just was a most pleasant stay.

Riad staff was very polite and helpful, the food was good, the RIad very clean and cozy. Yunes, the Riad manager did his best to make our stay an enjoyable one. The location is also very convenient, it is in the old medina but its still quiet and peaceful.
|t would be better if we had a tv in the room.

Very friendly staff, beautiful Riad, and a good location.
It felft quite cold in the Riad (during a winter visit, although the bedroom did have efficient heating at least). Plumbing in the bathroom was not great.

Tasty dinner in riad when ordered. Let us use their computer and internet access when we needed to.
Location in the heart of the souq was complicated to find. Lack of signage didn't help. Decor, rooms and bedding were all a bit tired. Didn't feel comfortable to use main lounge area as a member of staff always seemed to be there watching tv/music loudly, even during meals. Suggest that if guests are to use the computer then clear the memory so that inappropriate websites are not displayed (felt a little creepy).

The riad is centrally located in Meknes and the staff were really friendly.
Our room was a bit basic and a bit run down

Thr optional dinner was reasonably good.
Management staff was consistently rude, argumentative and uncooperative under all circumstances.English is not spoken, as claimed.Ropom and bath in poor repair.Difficult to find. Door was locked at 9:00 pm and no one was available to open it for guests returning from dinner

The people of this Riad are very frendly, they make you feel at home, it's also in a very good location inside the Medina.

Hard to find, but very good to explore the Medina.
